CHARACTER JOURNAL: kobes
SUMMARY: for someone who's so anxious and high-strung koby is actually shockingly competent in a crisis! he's been hoarding supplies since arriving in saltburnt and was extremely vindicated in this weird obsessive habit when everything went fucky and cold and apocalyptic. highlights of competentby include:

setting up shop in the library and making sure rations were given out to all the guests

helping wally fix the radio/set up a station (SLTY lives and will continue even post-zombie-ing) to maintain communication

getting jabbed with the temp v and getting weird bone telepathy powers which he used to find weaknesses in the revenants and also crushing their skulls (hot)

making frequent check-ins at all the safe places (dmtnt, s&s, the chapel) and killing zombies with his sharpened mop handle along the way (with help, shout-out to jinx, tim, quentin, capable, the oplas and saber (ugh))

aaaand being so hyperfocused on his tasks that he didn't notice that sanji was literally dying until he died dead :) koby feels fine and normal about that :)
