Following Rosie's resurrection, once a month she faces a stomach curling tooth pain that renders her incapable of eating for a short time. In a mirror, she will see her teeth being pushed out of her gums — not by fangs, but by molars of a similar size, shape, and color to the ones she already possesses. It's bloody and extremely painful, but after shedding her old teeth the new ones work just as well as the others always did.
