SUMMARY:
what a month marazhai had...
Marazhai arrived just in time for a ren faire, which may have deeply confused him, but he also got laid with matt and mia (separately), so maybe it's not all bad here. Marazhai and Heinrix also worked out some professional differences, and over the course of the month, they came to something of a truce because they're both deeply afraid of how much people use magic (and recklessly, in their opinion). He also met some not-quite-kin in Lauralae and Tilanus, and maybe made a friendship (?) over a shared hobby (???) with Orin.
All in all, he may have been grumpy and pissed off when he got here, but actually? y'all are freaks. he digs it.

SUMMARY:
marazhai learned the meaning of christmas,
By which I mean he absolutely did not. The month was largely completely confusing and baffling for him as he learned about things like human gift giving cousins, that father christmas will come to judge your sins, actually santa isn't real, and also, drag. He feels like he understands it less than he did when he first heard about it. Even so, he received a few gifts, much to his surprise, and he'll spend the beginning of the year trying to return the favor.
Also worth noting that he and Heinrix put aside their differences (somewhat) in service of, uh, maybe murdering Matt. Luckily they did not do this, but instead ended up helping with his angel problem. Good for them!
(and if this summary is not great, my apologies, I am still recovering from the flu!!)

Marazhai had a fairly easy-going month thanks to me concentrating more on miss lohse below ♥
As thanks for help with his Angel Problemβ’οΈ, Matt decided to reward Marazhai by allowing him to indulge more in a dream where it's not as, you know, deadly. Fully planning on going hunting and turning it into a gorefest instead just became chasing the figment of Heinrix that Matt unintentionally created. fellas is it gay to kill your narrative foil and bully a friendly twink into helping you
Otherwise, Marazhai "welcomed" some of the new arrivals, but true to his incredibly good manners, he basically ignored everyone who was human. He "befriended" elves (and drow) since they were of course more interesting to him, and anyone else that was obviously inhuman got more of his interest. Sorry to them, honestly.

SUMMARY:
Marazhai had a great month! Finally, a vacation! ♥
With all of the chaos that the revenants caused, it presented an opportunity for Marazhai to dip into his nature in truly the worst of ways. Killing ("killing") them provided to much needed enrichment for a person who truly lives off murder, though it wasn't helped by the lack of powers. Even if Marazhai is perfectly capable of being a menace without them, the lack of his psychic sensitivity didn't do good things to his psyche.
So, on one hand, you have him making "friends" with people like Homelander, and on the other, uh, he murdered Nick for no reason! I'm sure nothing bad will come from that!

APRIL 2025

SUMMARY:
marazhai's no good very bad month!!
Marazhai started his month by coming back to life, unfortunately for everyone. With some demon traits that he was not thrilled about, he haunted Otherworld and peoples' dreams both for about a week before his stone was retrieved from the lake. He did not go on an apology tour about anything, but he at least learned a lesson that murder isn't bad but it is deeply unsettling to be revived. He's not a fan.
Unfortunately, he also made a more formal pledge to Set as a follower, since he's keen to have the blessings of a god of war with his plans for home as well as to just generally cause problems. When he's wearing scary armor in the future, everyone thank/curse Set. ♥
Otherwise, he used Butler to have conversations that were generally pleasant, since he's much less terrible over text! Hooray!

Marazhai was more reclusive this month, and itβs definitely not because I was focused on getting Sebastian established, nosireeβ
Or, more seriously, Marazhai spent most of the month dealing with the fallout of his no good very bad month. From having a conversation with Koby and learning that, what, someone cares about him? Wack? To almost apologizing to Heinrix but ending up just antagonizing him instead, heβs doing great all around. But most importantly, his month concluded with a treat as his favorite dome Mia returned, and she took him for walkies π
