NOVEMBER 2024
CHARACTER JOURNAL:
SUMMARY: gale is brand new! naturally, he was stabbed shortly after his arrival, met a guy who knows everything about him that he doesnβt remember, and nearly passed out watched the nude wresting. he has befriended a few wizards and wizard adjacent folks (matt, emmerich, koby), pitched himself for a job at sol and scroll, maybe inserted himself into a bhaalspawn spat, and committed to improving things for astarion, who begrudgingly accepted his favour (huge win).
DECEMBER 2024
CHARACTER JOURNAL:
SUMMARY: what a month! gale got a job at sol and scroll in an effort to move beyond his depression era.
he also kissed astarion, parisa, & jessica under the mistletoe but ran from armandβs bottom eyes. he then canon updated to NOT dying in act ii and got 1-3 good movie kisses with astarion on new yearβs eve. surely a sign things are going to be super good and fine from now on, right guys? right?
JANUARY 2025
CHARACTER JOURNAL:
SUMMARY: january is CANCELLED. shaman leaf turn on your location. gale spent most of the month balancing the homiesβ mental breakdowns, dealing with his worsening condition, and trying to protect his burgeoning relationship with astarion from imploding. he became closer with august, nick, and caroline; welcomed halsin and glinda to the manor; experimented on the substanceβ’οΈ with matt; and told dorian off for being a nosy parker.
FEBRUARY 2025
CHARACTER JOURNAL:
SUMMARY: gale lost his magic, and his entire identity crumbled before his huge brown eyes β fortunately, astarion lifted him out of his near terminal self pity spiral with his love and affection. they are now officially sweethearts (!!!!), which gives gale a level of security he has probably never had before, whew. he also joined emmrich on mission βsave the magic / manor,β and all he got out of it was a broken rib (+ adoration for glinda). big month for loserboys everywhere.
MARCH 2025
CHARACTER JOURNAL:
SUMMARY: gale started this month off low (getting drowned by armand & bitten by spike; less vampire catnip than a vampire chew toy?), but bounced back by officially moving in with astarion and exchanging βi love youβsβ π₯°. he also affirmed his friendship with august while nick was dead and bonded with his dearest friends/coworkers at sol & scroll. starting to think becoming a god WONβT solve all his problems but stay tuned.
APRIL 2025
CHARACTER JOURNAL:
SUMMARY: huge improvement on last month: got BIT (π₯΅) by astarion, then frisky with him (πππ). spent at least a week off work doting on him (non-sexual) (but also sexual) in the wake of this.
following castmate and cr losses (RIP to halsin, caroline, and glinda), he also bonded with alia, and reached out to his superlative superior, cellar.
MAY 2025
CHARACTER JOURNAL:
SUMMARY: another quiet (weird and wild) month at saltburnt. gale attended the great spikelina red wedding as spikeβs best man and wasnβt injured in the ballroom brawl, hurray. he even bonded with giles in the aftermath and used the occasion to bring up his own hopes for a ring with astarion. call that loserboy rizz. following a sweet moment (and twelve hard-won prizes) at the carnival, heβll be ride or die for alia as she deals with the fallout.
along the way, he βbefriendedβ the salvatore brothers. though he failed to find a cure for damonβs werewolf bite, he hopefully eased the manβs pain. and heβs never met a stray cat vampire he didnβt like, so thereβs no getting rid of him now.
JUNE 2025
CHARACTER JOURNAL:
SUMMARY: For AU month, Gale became a priest with terminal heartbreak disease. He grew closer to ex-wife Parisa, fought and reconciled with ex-brother-in-law Armand, ruined everything with Astarion then fixed it (whew!!!!), and caught a glimpse of godhood with Shadowheart. Herez Pilton bullied him about his huge dick, so he can never look at anyone again. Orb level crash out imminent.
