Activity Checks run the last week of the month, and are a monthly check-in with an optional summary.

SUMMARY: it's been a settling in month for nami, trying to refind her footing in her fraught relationship and mostly being unsuccessful in the process. that said, she is thriving in a rich environment and doesn't at all mind the princess treatment — obviously when not resulting in terrible horrors, which are not her favorite thing. that said, nothing in saltburnt so far has been especially evil to her, after the last place she was in. so. everything is turning up nami, except her lovelife, which is in the dirt where it usually is.

SUMMARY: nami continues to be incredibly normal about her lovelife and the people who occupy little corners of her heart. she mainly stayed out of the wolfman business and instead busied herself with her continuing work mapping the house, this time occupied with the new presence of her captain, luffy, who she was incredibly mean to for no understandable reason (see: missing him very badly).

SUMMARY: painful month. due to her own negligence in establishing firm boundaries in her relationships with both sanji and zoro, nami managed to hurt her own feelings pretty badly when it became apparent both of them had slept with other people individually. (zoro's happened months ago i think idk why i didn't write it down) she had an emotional talk with luffy about her own worthiness as a member of the crew, and feels tentative;y confident in her place among their ranks, although it's still very tense with sanji — and also alina, who he slept with. total mental collapse into slut/horror era is probably imminent.

SUMMARY: the werewolf game started off on a semi good foot, with the oplas deciding to vote together. naturally this very swiftly went topside when sanji and luffy defected, resulting in nami's very obvious anger with them. luckily (????) she was attacked and nearly killed in the next round which set a new tone for the rest of the event. locked in, the oplas rebounded in the final round — though, then nami decided to be the rebellious one, voting out set to prison for the crime of being unfathomably annoying (🧡❤️). obviously she received no pushback for this because she is a girl and she's allowed to be combative. u are not. hope that makes sense.

SUMMARY: very in the running to be the worst month of nami's life — while things were shitty but tolerable for the first half, following sanji's death nami has gone very slightly, very subtly off the deep end. she's in a very "i don't care what happens to me or anyone else" mentality while he's gone, something born both from losing him and for treating him so badly in the previous few months. sometimes women need to lose the plot a little and that's ok and we should let them.

SUMMARY: plot officially: regained. nami and jinx hooked up in the game hunt that had her reevaluating a lot of her self-destructiveness — it's new, but she likes jinx a lot, enough to invite (see: force, reference: bully) her dad into joining the staff at dmtnt, in an effort to keep her closer. obviously, it wasn't all sun and roses — the fall out of their dalliance is sanji's bruised feelings, which is a fairly shitty way of welcoming him back to life. regardless, nami has a newfound pep in her step and a commitment to fixing things up as best she can.

SUMMARY: thing with sanji: possibly refocused? maybe? while a build up and explosive argument is probably waiting to happen where it concerns their relationship, nami is temporarily none the wiser while she deepens her relationship with jinx, experimenting with the push and pull of domming/subbing, and also ingratiating herself in jinx's life via annoying her dad until he accepts her. things are going well!! sure would be bad if anything messed that up

SUMMARY: sad month for nami 😔 got blocked from seeing her girlfriend(alina)'s wedding post, got to be flirty and cute with jinx, all of which is wonderful and good, but then zoro left and she had a crashout about it. the mentality has shifted from looking away at the ephemeral nature of saltburnt to looking directly at it, going back to her roots of trying not to be connected to anyone/keeping a barrier between her and the outside world. i imagine this won't be especially effective of her, but it's the thought that counts!!!
