SUMMARY: Alia got her knife back and there was much rejoicing!! She continues to be #weird about her brother but now in a cute domestic way with him and Alina, whose mind she might've invaded on accidental purpose 😔 Fortunately Alina still thinks she's hot.

Outside of that, Alia is giving multiple girls Sapphic awakenings and also tested her Voice powers on Tim -- and kinda almost made him jump our a window, whoops. She feels very bad and fraught about that and who she is (an abomination) and will be warring with that for a while. SUMMARY: Koby's continued to be a busy, nosy, investigative btch, though he did channel most of that energy towards making an informational post mere minutes before his "chill the fuck out" challenge from Louis started. He's well and truly in his slut experimental era, which mostly looks like downing a lot of shots and then being like 🥺🥺🥺 at the nearest hot guy.

More specifically, he doctored up Quentin after the arena (sexily), and is still meeting up with him regularly, he saved Matt from drowning (sort of), he and Alina had a "You're valid, I'm not"-off that nobody won, he was so so normal about Luffy showing up (lie), he offered to dye Hao's hair as a "thanks for the virginity loss" gift and had baby's first haki lesson with Shanks because obviously he need superpowers on top of all of this. But at least Daniel and Sanji and Alina's discussions/lectures about safe sex have sank in, right?

SUMMARY: getting closer to alia & alina has been the highlight of his month — generally he's been occupying his time reading, exploring, bathing, and trying to put a baby in alina ( no luck yet 😔 ), so he's still very thoroughly enjoying his time. he is probably overdue for something miserable to happen, but until then he's going to enjoy getting closer to people and making more friends, hopefully more weirdos.

SUMMARY: spent a majority of her month in Existential Dread™. a conversation with armand sparked her to look more closely at who she is, rather than what she is — which is a question she currently doesn't have an answer for. those feelings of uncertainty were only exacerbated via talks with alia about marriage & the distinction between love and alliances, and alicent on the topic of queenship and its duties, leaving alina and her future at an uncertain crossroads.

other notable encounters include: being disappointed but not surprised after learning of matt's deception. continuing the breeding kink agenda with paul, with who she spent a happy honeymoon period in lockdown with, and falling into a little pattern of domestic bliss with him (she is being so normal about it and him). dipping her toes into trying painting by making requests from the library. fighting about world politics with alexei in public. accidentally homewrecking sanji and nami (😔).

SUMMARY: Armand has spent August deepening his relationships with his companions and new friends alike. He visited Otherworld during their rainbow celebration and ended up getting dosed with the magically infused lipstick, which resulted in some very overwhelming sex with Daniel (in a good way). He has also convinced Louis to return to some of his normal vampire habits, especially sleeping during the day, and now spends part of the day with him in his coffin. Towards the end of the month he will also (finally) be turning Daniel into a vampire.

SUMMARY: homelander has spent the time since his arrival in a bit of a funk — things are too weird for him to fall into a full depression over being power nerfed, and then there's the matter of maintaining face in front of a bunch of strangers (well, really just maeve), but he's still perpetually on the verge of drastic action (more so than usual) which may or may not lead to some unfortunate violence in the near future. he's also already begun the process of latching onto alicent, though he has some conflicting feelings about it: despite being royalty, she's still just human, but at the same time, she humors him, which goes a long way toward securing his attention, if not entirely his loyalty or respect.

SUMMARY: though astarion isn't happy about having been kidnapped, he's been willing enough to take his time getting the lay of the land, in no small part because everyone except the balfours seems to be in exactly the same boat. he's made some tentative connections, and even managed to get a couple of people to agree to drawing his portrait. on the less positive side of things, he's a little unnerved by elodie given the fact that she knows a version of him and he has no memories of her (in fact, their stories differ significantly), as well as the presence of the other vampires.

SUMMARY: After what's been a period of adjustment in the wake of suddenly having decades upon decades of new memories, Lestat has started to settle into what he considers his new normal in Saltburnt. He's grown accustomed to having Alicent as his next-door neighbor, and fallen into his normal habits of flirting with her to avoid any deeper subjects. He paid a visit to Matt while they were largely meant to be sequestered in their rooms, and conversed about the literal Devil. At the color party, he had some memorable interactions with Tim and Francesca, and at the costume party, he and Louis stole away to the library, where he finally made his first request of (and was granted) a portable keyboard. Expect a lot more threads consisting of him bent over that thing (and not necessarily in the NSFW way, although who knows in this place?).

SUMMARY: Dressed to match Ash (per his request) at the costume party, though she had mostly civilized interactions until Embry cornered her in the hallway for a rather heated interlude. On the network, she chatted with Hawk (who acquired more from her about her relationships and history with Ash and Embry), Richie (after his memorable first post), and Grace (spontaneous inbox messaging will no doubt lead to #twinning).

SUMMARY: The resident newbie, so still getting her into the swing of things, but she and Alicent are about to have their re-re-reunion at the lake (which is laden with A LOT of different emotion this time since Rhaenyra made her entrance at the baths, promptly went into a canon update coma, and then woke up with all these new memories). She's feeling particularly somber and resigned to her overall role in things and the duties that await her back home, especially since she's coming off of that big Dragonstone conversation, but the opportunities she'll have to let her hair down, so to speak, may be too difficult to resist.

SUMMARY: alicent has had a wild summer. much to her surprise, she’s developed strong bonds with several people (tim, daniel, embry) and begun connecting with others over issues she never dared think about, let alone speak of aloud. connecting with alina over the dangers of becoming queen, matt about their toxic relationships, daniel about her lost youth, and embry about her negative relationship with motherhood. her first foray in the otherworld was successful in that she got laid and horrifying in that she got laid (catholic guilt intensifies). thanks to daniel and embry, she has finally decided to touch grass and go outside. maybe take some baby steps towards figuring out what she likes and actually wants beyond the realms of duty and family. also, she tried cinnamon rolls. that’s neat.

with rhaenyra arriving, her guilt and unease over things back home will resurface, as will the “unspoken” desires of youth, oh my.

SUMMARY: settling into saltburnt, set's decided to re-adopt his s1 personality ( with some minor adjustments bc he hasn't the heart to be as cruel as he was ) as a defense against the spoils of the manor life, while looking for information on wtf is going on. he's been a sporty spice menacé on and off, bullied several poor souls including matt jamiseon, fitzchivalry farseer and koby and made friends with a nasty-tempered red mare from the stables. he will continue this trend, and begin to branch out his Forms of CR upon deciding that he needs some (s)experience so he doesn't embarrass himself wrt horus........... since he IS determined to get home one day.

SUMMARY: Another busy month for Timbo – he hunkered down with Hawk and Alicent, bounced a piss-drunk Embry from Hawk’s party and was repaid with his man leaving him, again, so he fled his room and has been bunking with Koby since. It’s deepened their friendship into Officially Besties territory and also made Tim a sort of third to the Koby/Quentin romance which is kind of complicated and kind of sweet at the same time, he trusts them both enough to feel maybe 50% normal about it which is way way more normal than he would have ever anticipated feeling about any poly arrangement a month ago. In saltburnt we call that growth.

He and Alicent kind of came out to each other and commiserated about the Aches and the Yearnings, Tim kind of initiated a slut era (hooked up with one person outside the aforementioned threesome and flirted with Ash on main which he is now panicking about), starting working on his revenge bod, and is still avoiding Hawk outside of the occasional late-late night phone call to make sure the dreams about murdering him are fake. All normal here!

SUMMARY: /cracks knuckles
Weathered the fire with Shanks, Quentin and Luffy (and spent the time very nicely, thank you), Tim moved in because he and Hawk broke up (he's not mad, Hawk, just disappointed) and Koby welcomed him in with a threesome open arms and a fridge full of blood. He went to the dinner party as Garp (weirdo) and flirted with Matt, then went to Otherworld and got pink-lipstick-whammied and had another wild night with more than one person, whoops.

Later he decided that the library was his sovereign domain and bitched about it on the internet. Also he's been researching more about alternate worlds and the likelihood of remembering all this when/if they ever go home, which has him thinking a lot about what he wants -- especially since he and Quentin are very, very close now (like sought e/o out after nightmares, hooking up literally everywhere, sleeping together every night and saying the l-word level close, oops, went to the smut castle and all I got was this adorable sweet boyfriend).
